Making a complaint

If you are a registered patient (or a nominated representative, which must be noted in your medical record) you may now submit a complaint either directly to us or to Bedfordshire, Luton & Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board (BLMK ICB).  Please see below for further information.

If you wish to make a complaint directly to us, please see below options:

  1. Please fill in the online form
  2. Pick up a complaints pack from reception and send it adressed to the Practice Manager to the site the complaint is about:

    3.  Give a verbal report to a member of staff.
