Reception

Our reception team are the first members of the practice you will come into contact with. They are here to welcome and help you by providing information and arranging appointments, a role which can occasionally be very difficult.

Sometimes the team will ask you for information relating to your health or wellbeing.  They are doing this at the request of the practice partners to ensure you can be directed to the most appropriate member of our extended practice team.  It may be that the most appropriate person for your need is not a GP however our team are 100% supported by the GPs and if support is needed from a Dr our team will always be able to call on a Dr for support and advice.

All information provided by you is treated in the strictest confidence.

The team are managed by Stephanie Horrocks, our Reception Manager.
